3 tips that actually killed my stress.

Let's talk about stress.
Not the motivational poster kind. The real kind. The kind that lives in your shoulders at 7pm when the day is technically over but your brain absolutely did not get that memo.
Busy women carry a specific type of stress that nobody really talks about. It's not one big thing. It's a hundred small things stacked on top of each other so quietly you don't even notice the weight until your body starts sending you signals you can't ignore anymore.
Tight jaw. Poor sleep. Snapping at people you actually like. Eating whatever is nearest because deciding feels impossible.

Here are three things that actually help. Not spa day tips. Real life tips for real full lives.
Tip 1: Write it down before bed
Every night before you sleep, take five minutes and dump everything still sitting in your head onto paper. Everything you're worried about dropping. Everything unfinished. Everything loud.
Then write one thing you actually did well today.
Your brain holds onto stress because it's terrified of forgetting something important. Writing it down tells your brain the information is safe and it can let go. The one good thing rewires how you close the day. Small but genuinely powerful.
Tip 2: Ten minutes of movement when you feel yourself spiraling
Not a workout. Just movement.
Walk around the block. Stretch in your living room. Dance in your kitchen with nobody watching.
Stress is physical. It needs a physical release. Ten minutes of movement drops cortisol faster than almost anything else you have access to. It interrupts the spiral before it takes over the whole evening.
Ten minutes. That's the whole prescription.
Tip 3: Eat something real before noon
Stressed women skip breakfast at a rate that genuinely concerns me.
We run on coffee until 2pm and then wonder why everything feels unbearable by 3. Your nervous system needs fuel to regulate itself. A stressed brain running on empty is just a stressed brain with extra problems.
Eggs. Fruit. A smoothie. Last night's leftovers. Anything real before the day gets loud.
Unglamorous advice. Transformative results.
