Day 4: Step outside
move in any way that feels doable.

I didn’t plan for this one.
The kids wanted the park.
I was in leggings, but not the “workout” kind
more the “haven’t done laundry” kind.
The park was 45 minutes away so we settled for a castle with lots of space to run.
We got there, and I ended up chasing them.
Not long. Not fast. But enough to notice my lungs were… complaining.
Which was weird, because I’d been moving more.
But apparently, inside strength doesn’t always translate to outside energy.
So I started adding it in on purpose.
Walking to the corner store instead of driving.
Taking my tea outside instead of sitting at the table.
Playing tag for exactly two rounds before I dramatically tapped out.
It didn’t feel like “training,” but my body didn’t care.
Fresh air, sunlight, and uneven ground worked me in ways my living room never did.
And here’s the sneaky part:
It did more for my mood than my muscles.
Less tension. Better sleep. More… space in my head.
Today’s Challenge: The 15-Minute Outside Reset
🟡 Step outside (front step, yard, park, street)
🟡 Move: walk, stretch, play, anything
🟡 Let the air hit your face before you rush back in
Tomorrow’s the last day.
And it’s the moment all of this starts to make sense.
