Do you make these mistakes in your health journey?

Let me tell you the truth.
For years, I thought I was doing everything “right.”
• Skipping meals to “save calories”
• Punishing myself with long workouts after pizza night
• Feeling guilty any time I wanted dessert
Sound familiar?
Here’s what all that got me: tired, cranky, and stuck in the same loop.
And the worst part? I thought I was the problem.
But one day I tried something different.
Instead of punishing myself, I asked:
“What’s one small thing I can do today that makes me feel good?”
That tiny question changed everything.
Some days the answer was a 20-minute workout.
Other days it was drinking water before anything else.
Sometimes it was going for a walk instead of scrolling.
The point wasn’t perfection.
The point was progress.
And slowly, those little choices added up to something bigger.
More energy. More confidence. Less guilt.
