My favorite breakfast to avoid that 2pm crash 🍌

What in the mid-morning meltdown are we doing, friend!
Monday’s message stirred up a lot, didn’t it?
That old belief that skipping meals meant we were being “good”?
Been there. Lived it. Unlearning it.
But here’s one habit that still sneaks in:
Waiting until we’re starving to eat.
Anyway.
That email sparked so many “me too’s” in my DMs, I knew I had to share the next part.
Let’s talk breakfast.
Specifically, the “I only have 7 minutes and someone’s already yelling” kind.
Here’s my ride-or-die combo lately:
🥣 Kai’s No-Crash Breakfast Bowl:
Creamy Greek or coconut yogurt
One banana, sliced
A handful of oats or crunchy granola
Spoon of nut butter
Dash of cinnamon (trust me, it gives cozy vibes)
It’s fast. It’s sweet. It’s got crunch.
And best of all—it actually fuels me until lunch.
Because here’s the thing no one tells you:
You’re not tired because you’re lazy.
You’re tired because you’re underfed.
You don’t need a diet.
You need a rhythm.
You need to eat before your body screams for help.
And on Friday?
I’ll share the food I added back into my routine (after years of guilt)…
and how it made me feel stronger, steadier, and so much more like me.
