Okay... so here’s what happened when I stopped moving 😅

Yeah. That happened.

One of the twins got sick.
Then I got sick.
Then the house basically fell apart in slow motion.

And working out?
Completely off the radar.

Not gonna lie, I thought I’d bounce back quickly.
Instead… I turned into a snappy, low-energy, can’t-think-straight version of myself.

I blamed exhaustion.
But the truth?

I felt disconnected.
From my body.
From my breath.
From me.

Then one morning, I laced up.

No stopwatch.
No music.
Just a quiet walk.

Ten minutes later?

My head cleared.
My mood lifted.
My whole nervous system went: Thank. You.

It wasn’t a workout.
It was a reunion with the version of me who could still breathe, still move, still handle it.

So here’s what I’m learning:

We don’t always need more effort.
We need more connection.

Movement isn’t punishment.
It’s remembrance.

But if you’re in your no-movement era?
That’s okay too.

Sometimes stillness is the reset.
The pause before the return.

Just check in today.
Not to push.
Just to feel.
