The 15-minute lie we tell ourselves

Let’s talk

Hey gorgeous.

Can we talk about the BS story we keep telling ourselves?

You know the one: "I just need 15 minutes to work out."

I said it AGAIN friend last Tuesday while standing in my disaster of a kitchen at 9 PM, mascara smudged, wondering if I had enough steam left for a single burpee.

Spoiler alert: I didn't.

The Misconception: Here's the limiting belief that's sabotaging your success (and I'm calling it out):

You think you need to FIND time for fitness. Like it's some magical unicorn hiding between soccer practice and bedtime chaos.

But babe, that's exactly why you're stuck in this cycle of frustration.

The Breakthrough: The game-changer? You don't find time you STACK it.

That Tuesday night, instead of doom-scrolling while tea boiled (guilty as charged), I did squats. Waiting for chicken breasts to heat up? Wall push-ups. Kids in the bath? Calf raises.

Plot twist: I racked up 12 minutes of movement without stealing ONE second from my family or my sanity.

The Big Idea: Your health doesn't need a time block it needs strategic moments. The time exists; it's just camouflaged as transitions, waiting periods, and those tiny gaps you're currently filling with mind-numbing scroll sessions.

What's Next: Wednesday, I'm dropping my "Stack Attack" blueprint 5 sneaky moves you can weave into your existing routine. No gym membership required. No mom guilt included.

Real talk: Are you telling yourself this "15-minute lie" too? Hit reply and confess your version. I read every single one.

You're stronger than your excuses. See you on Wednesday!!!

Kai

P.S. That Tuesday night transformation? I got my movement AND my energy back. That's what happens when you work WITH your crazy life instead of against it.
