The secret to feeling strong without the gym

It only took 90 seconds. In pajamas.

Hey friend!

Just brushed my teeth while doing squats.
Was it awkward? Yes.
Did it count? Also yes.

Look, some mornings I feel like my body’s moving through molasses.
Tired. Foggy. Kinda meh.

And squeezing in a “real” workout?
Feels about as likely as a solo vacation in Bali 😅

But here’s the plot twist…

You don’t need the gym.
Or a 5am alarm.
Or an hour of free time.

Strength isn’t just dumbbells and sweat.

It’s these tiny, everyday moments:

🧘‍♀️ Stretching while dinner simmers
🎶 Dancing while folding laundry
🚶‍♀️Walking instead of scrolling (even once)

Last week, I did squats while brushing my teeth.
Two sets. Pajamas. No shoes.
It took 90 seconds.

That was my workout.
And it was enough.

So if you’ve been stuck in “all or nothing” mode lately...
This is your nudge.
Small moves count. Especially when life feels big.

Reply with “RESET” if you want my simple 3-day plan to kickstart that shift.

Oh, and on Wednesday?

I’m dropping a 5-minute full-body stretch energizer you can do before your coffee kicks in ☕️

P.S. Shoutout to the 22 women who messaged me last week to say they walked during and counted it as movement. YES, QUEENS 👑

We’re done making fitness complicated.
