friend, Wake up!!!!!
Not in the alarm clock sense.
In the “holy crap, when did I start feeling good again?” sense.
Mine happened over a bowl of guava.
I stood up from the table, walked across the kitchen, and realized nothing hurt. No tight back. No dragging feet. No sigh that sounded like it aged me 10 years.
It hit me, I’d been moving more, eating better, and actually pausing to breathe this month… but I hadn’t been keeping score.
I wasn’t measuring inches or steps or calories. I was just living a little differently.
And somehow, my body woke up before I did.
This week wasn’t about hitting perfection. It was about stacking small things until they stopped feeling like “things” and started feeling like you.

Tuesday: You fueled.
Wednesday: You reset.
Thursday: You stepped outside.
