Why 92% of people quit their fitness goals
and how the other 8% stay consistent
friend!
Every time I talk to someone about exercising, I get the same list of excuses.
"I'm not fit enough yet."
"I need proper workout clothes first."
"I don't have the right shoes."
"I don't have enough time."
"I'll start next month when things calm down."
Sound familiar?
Here's what I learned after watching hundreds of women stay stuck in this cycle...
The "perfect moment" is a myth.
And it's keeping you from the body and energy you actually want.
But there's an incredibly simple way to break free from this pattern.
It's called The 1% Method...
This is how it works.
Most people think fitness is all or nothing. Six-pack abs or total failure.
That's exactly why 92% of people abandon their fitness goals within 3 months.
You need to think smaller. WAY smaller.
Last month, my client Sheds went from "I can't even do one push-up" to completing her first 5K using this exact approach...
The Method:
Week 1: 2-minute morning walk
Week 2: Add 30 seconds of stretching
Week 3: Include 5 wall push-ups
Week 4: Extend walk to 5 minutes
Week 5: Add basic squats
Too easy? Perfect. That's the point. Feel like doing more? Stick to the plan anyway.
Here's what nobody tells you about lasting change...
Your brain fights dramatic shifts. But it barely notices tiny improvements.
Those "tiny" changes compound. Before you know it, you're the person who works out consistently.
Sheds texted me yesterday: "I actually crave my morning routine now. Can't believe how strong I feel after just 6 weeks."
If you're tired of waiting for the "perfect time" to start...
Pick ONE micro-habit for tomorrow.
Not a complete overhaul. Not a perfect plan.
Just one small step that future-you will thank you for.
Your transformation starts with that first 1%.
Talk soon,
—Kai 💛
P.S. The women who start small and stay consistent always outlast the ones who go hard and burn out. Every. Single. Time.
