The last time I tried to “get healthy,” I bought a planner, a blender, and a pair of leggings I swore would turn me into That Girl.
Two weeks later, the leggings were in the laundry chair, the blender was back in its box, and the planner was… somewhere under my bed.
Turns out, overhauling your life in one go is a fast track to doing nothing at all.
So here’s what we’re doing instead: small, almost unnoticeable shifts that don’t hijack your schedule or your sanity.

Monday: Move (without dreading it)
Tuesday: Eat to feel human
Wednesday: Reset your brain
Thursday: Step outside (literally)
Friday: The moment it clicks
No “all or nothing.”
No 4:30AM alarms.
Just tiny steps you can actually take and by Friday, you’ll notice they’ve stacked into something real.
As Lao Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
This week, that step will be small on purpose — so you can actually take it.
